Guy Down

Woah, you there, what's up man! My names Guy and I'm a bit lost, which kinda sucks, dude. I went on a walk one beautiful morning and somehow got lost in a bogus ass cave! Say, can you help a Guy out and lead me out of this dank cave? It's a little too gray and dark for my liking, I don't vibe with this shit at all! I need some color and sunshine in my life!

I can do loads of cool things, like move around! And jump! Even double jump! I also got hands and I can smack some objects around for fun. Maybe punching objects like boxes and barrels can help me reach my goal? Seriously. It shouldn't be a long hike at all! If you know what you're doing you'll lead me out of this dumb cave in 5 minutes!

Dev note: (Gotta say some things out of character too. Guy Down is a simple and short 2D platformer where you can interact with some physics objects! It's not particularly deep, but this project helped me a lot with getting accustomed to Godot and I learned some useful things. However due to my lack of experience there are some oddities in the game, especially when it comes to the physics. If an object is moving and you jump on it the objects start freaking out. Sometimes this can get the player character in a position where they're stuck and can't move. That's why I put the "reload stage" option in the pause menu. The game is really short so even if you get stuck replaying the game shouldn't be a problem. I hope you enjoy!)
